Misplaced concreteness at the highest levels

Christine Nixon made a error of judgement, we are told . Gotta feeling her unacceptable attitude to risk management is not just her problem.
The only place to be when a very high fire risk is on in our bush is outta there---- and whose job was that ?
What we know is that she was outta there, and her team were outta there, when noone should have moved till those at risk were outta there .

Lets hope the commission don't make their judgement on their own opinion - but base it on the experience , wisdom and training of those who have been there.
